Ed Mazur is an up and coming house music producer and DJ from San Francisco. His label House on the Hill showcases a rich variety of sounds in the spectrum of house. Initial releases have focused on his own music and collaborations with other artists such as Laron (aka Swan) and Emily Fox, with future releases to include outside remixers and producers. Ed is noted for his remix of Radiohead’s “Punchup at a Wedding” on the Fresh Press imprint which has received widespread play. He has also collaborated with artists such as Anthony Mansfield , M3, and Michael Tello.
As a DJ, Ed plays dynamic sets that blend different genres and cascade from deep to hard sounds in just a few songs. He has played at many San Francisco clubs and undergrounds, and has played to large audiences at Green Gorilla Lounge’s infamous Burning Man camp for the last four years and also at the first ever American Love Parade in 2004.
