I’ll be playing the opening set from 9:30-11:30 when local legend Greg Eversoul returns to San Francisco for one night only! Immediately following the Linden’s Motown Happy Hour, I’ll be keeping it deep early on, then gradually bumping it up and setting up the dancefloor for Greg to take over. This will be a good one!

Sunday February 28th – Werd at Otis

I’ll be DJing on the eve of my birthday at the always happening Werd Sunday night weekly at Otis! Over the last two years Werd residents Brandon Wade and Nick Williams have built up Werd into one of the most happening weeklies in San Francisco, brining in a mix of top local talent and amazing out of town DJs. In keeping with the Werd sound, I’ll be focusing on tech house, deep tech and minimal for the night, though with a definite house edge! Hope to see you there!

A bit different from my recent mixes, this one leans mostly toward moody deep tech sounds, while still offering enough funk and soul to satisfy the house heads. Featuring my original tracks, “Tempt Me” and “Recovery”.

GGL made it happen once again with another amazing year! Staking out our spot on 9:50 and F, we pulled things together thanks to an amazing camp and the many contributions of our members. I DJ’ed Thursday and Saturday nights to awesome crowds on our big soundsystem. This was our last year as a camp and it’s been an amazing five years for me!

1) Sung Zvin Featuring an appealing live electric bass and guitar effects in the midst of dueling keys. You’ll also find ominous vocal samples and a particularly nasty slap bass climax. It’s totally got the sound of classic dubby & tribal San Francisco house.

2) View From Within Driven by a bouncy ska-like rhythm and tribal drums. Twisted melodic guitar lines and a powerful lead synth trade off as ethereal female vocals echo in the background.
